Consequences of Rolling Back Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives

You get to make a new choice.
President John F. Kennedy's Executive Order 10925 in 1961 required government contractors to treat applicants and employees fairly, regardless of race, creed, color, or national origin.
Now that I got that out of the way.
The notion that nearly everyone associates the word BL*CK with the abbreviation D.E.I. (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), including black people, is widespread. I'm here to plainly tell you that if you believe they created a law specifically for black people, you're mistaken! I mean "buggin"!
MEANING: Applicants, employees, and former employees are safeguarded against employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age (40 or older), disability, and genetic information (including family medical history).
Now they want to emphasize MERIT BASED. This is absurd because the aim should have never been equality; it should have always been equity. Who determines MERIT? What are the criteria? The criteria for a pregnant woman in a world claiming it needs more babies are quite different from those for someone who is not pregnant. Additionally, the criteria differ for those who have been playing the game of MONOPOLY with a 500-year head start compared to those who consistently receive substandard education, housing, and the psychological challenges (mental fuckery) of merely existing as a human.
Honestly, those in charge should feel ashamed for not being more advanced. While it's true we're lagging, given the obstacles, we should actually be even further behind.
NOW with it gone, all of these groups get to make a choice as to how they spend there money. You can now be dismissed while pregnant. SHEESH. Collectively bl*ck people spend the most money, however, we have put ourselves in a difficult position because with INCLUSION came the desire to spend our money outside of ourselves. So WE have the smallest infrastructure and the reason WHY our dollar circulates the FASTEST OUT OF OUR community.
With that in mind, you have a decision to make. Every choice carries consequences. The bed of dependency, because we let them persuade us that the water from their fountain was superior, is part of why we find ourselves here, believing we lack POWER. You possess POWER, but it requires sacrifice. We don't need to be loud or angry. We simply need to make CHOICES, and the CHOICE you make defines your complacency and their capacity to keep disregarding your dollar or demonstrate a quiet strength that starts to build a culture based on community and Financial SPENDING POWER.
#1 - YOU HAVE CHOICES
#2 - ALL CHOICES HAVE CONSEQUENCES
“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.”— Martin Luther King, Jr. Letter from the Birmingham Jail
#3 -DISCIPLINE IS A DECISION THAT GENERATES POWER
I expressed all that while making the decision to speak less and do more. Some of us talk to much when our souls tell us what to do. P.S. There "aint" nothing in NONE of them stores you NEED. Convenience and a lack of discipline will continue to allow them to POWER over you.
I will say NO MORE.
